<p>How frequent should I be running is the most asked question amongst beginner runners . It&#8217;s easy to find examples of people doing it every day &#8211; which is great if you&#8217;ve been a runner for some time. But for beginners, running everyday can look more like a chore than anything else. Here a few <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3hjpDs_Fq8" target="_blank">running tips</a> that will help you stay motivated.</p>
<p>If you are a beginner or just starting out, start slow . You need to give your body time to adjust. For most people, becoming a runner is very different than what their bodies are used to. Show your body how easy it is. Don&#8217;t overexert yourself &#8211; let running become enjoyable; something you WANT to do .</p>
<p>Running 3 to 4 times a weeks is the optimal schedule for beginners. . Start out by doing it 3 times a week, moving towards running every other day as you get better. You can move on the more running reps only once your body has gotten used to running 3 to 4 times weekly .</p>
<p>Having that day of rest is important &#8211; especially for beginners &#8211; for two reasons . First, it gives you time to adjust. Think of it this way &#8211; if you hit yourself with a hammer, it hurts but you&#8217;ll get over it; if you hit yourself with a hammer two times in a row, you&#8217;ll want to throw the hammer away. The day of rest reduces the stress that your body will get from the change of habit.</p>
<p>Physiological rest is the second reason . When you&#8217;re running, your muscles will be working more than usual. Increased stress causes your muscles to adjust, which takes time. The day of rest gives your muscles time to grow and change &#8211; which makes you a better runner over time. That is why the day you DON&#8217;T run is just as important as the day you DO.</p>
<p>The general tip for beginner runners is to UNDER-perform; to run less often, slower, and for a shorter time than you physically can . This does two things. First, it sends a message to your subconscious mind, saying &#8220;see, nothing to it.&#8221; Second, it leaves you wanting more &#8211; you want to run longer, faster, more often. So the next time you go out running, you&#8217;re fulfilling a desire you have, and not doing something you have to do.</p>
<p>At first, this may seem inefficient . But remember &#8211; the goal a beginner runner needs to have initially, is to turn running into a habit. It generally takes about 28 repetitions for something to become a habit &#8211; so it will take a few weeks of &#8220;slow&#8221; runs to get you going. But as you begin doing it habitually, the result will be magical. <p>Type 1 and 2 are the most common types of diabetes .  The Type 1 diabetes, which is also known as adolescent diabetes, differs from Type 2 in the sense that the body will stop producing insulin altogether.  Type 2 diabetes is normally diagnosed in older adults and occurs as the body stops producing enough insulin or the individual becomes resistant to their own body insulin.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll lose your ability to adequately utilize sugar, no matter what form of diabetes it is .  The blood sugar levels will increase due to the body’s difficulty in transporting sugar into the cells and out of the blood stream.  There are several ways to lower your blood sugar levels, including diet, exercise, and medication.</p>
<p>As a whole, exercise, like doing <a href="http://www.fitterufitness.com/free-%3Cspan%20class=%27posible_changer%27%20id=%27spin_2%27%20onclick=%27ShowSpinOptions%282%29%27%3Eworkout%3C/span%3E" target="_blank">athletic workouts,</a> is a very important part of diabetic management for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics .  Those that have Type 1 will find regular exercise helps to maintain insulin sensitivity, helps to prevent the accumulation of additional weight, and also increases the use of glucose by muscles.  Although there is really no way to prevent Type 1 diabetes, it is possible to prevent Type 2 diabetes.<br />
The things to consider when you attempt to prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes are regular exercise supplementation with vitamins and herbs that will help to prevent insulin resistance and proper control of weight.</p>
<p>Not only with exercise help directly with diabetic management by lowering blood sugar levels and maintaining insulin sensitivity, but it will also help minimize several of the complications that can occur in a diabetic individual.  Research has shown that walking 30 minutes each day can diminish the possibility of developing Type 2 diabetes .</p>
<p>Almost all diabetics tend to develop circulatory problems and exercise can help lower blood pressure and improve circulation throughout the body.  Seeing as how people with diabetes tend to have poor blood flow to their lower areas and feet, better circulation is a great benefit.</p>
<p>Even though there are risks connected with exercise, the potential benefits will outweigh the risks .  Exercise does indeed lower blood sugar levels, so those with diabetes should measure their blood sugar both before and after they exercise.  Since your body uses more sugar while you exercise and makes you more sensitive to insulin, there is a risk of blood sugar becoming too low and causing hypoglycemia as a result.</p>
<p>Whenever you exercise, it is important to let others know that you are diabetic .  They should also be informed about what they should do in case of hypoglycemia.  To be on the safe side, you should always carry candy or fruit juice with you to treat low blood sugar when it occurs.</p>
<p>During and after you have exercised, you should pay very close attention about how you feel, since rapid heart beat, increased sweating, feeling shaky, or hunger can signal that your blood sugar levels are getting too low.</p>
<p>Exercise is very important with diabetic management and treatment .  Exercise will help with blood sugar control when the muscles use more glucose and the body becomes more sensitive to insulin.  Exercise will also help to prevent and minimize common diabetic complications which include heart problems, high blood pressure, and circulatory deficiencies.</p>
<p>Exercise should really be part of your daily routine if you&#8217;re a diabetic .  You should always exercise at a slow pace and never overdo it. Also, you should be sure to exercise, like a light c around people you know or at a gym, so there will always be people around you in case something goes wrong.  Being a diabetic doesn’t have to hinder your life or your performance, as exercise can help you get your life back on track and heading in the right direction &#8211; the healthy direction.</p>

A raw diet does not just have to mean fruits and vegetables in their whole state either . Raw chefs can create any number of dishes, from the simple to the exotic, using raw foods only.</p>
<p>There are even a growing number of cookbooks available to meet the growing raw foodist movement . Spaghetti sauce, cookies, crackers, pizza and more can all be made from raw fruits, vegetables and seeds! Made raw, the health aspects of each food is preserved in its natural state and ready for our bodies to use.</p>

<p>Proper diet and exercise are the mainstays for a healthy lifestyle, although many Americans turn to costly fad diets and exercise programs that fail to provide weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. The basic tenets to gradual weight loss and good health include developing healthy eating habits and increasing daily physical activity. Start out slowly and build up activity gradually over a period of months. This will help avoid soreness and injury.</p>

But I find it rather strange that something so superior and safer is considered to be useful only after undergoing a dangerous mammogram or biopsy. Even The American Cancer Society admits that MRI&#8217;s are superior yet they choose to reserve if for higher risk scenarios. They claim that it&#8217;s more expensive thus not as readily covered by most insurance plans. Hmm, with all that money being raised for research and free mammograms, wouldn&#8217;t you think that a big chunk of that would be better spent on safer alternatives such as MRI&#8217;s and Thermography?</p>
<p>Always remember that information is power and that you must do all that you can to seek out that information so that you can be intelligently informed before making a decision that may negatively affect your health.
