2. Increase unsaturated fat intake: And make sure you simultaneously decrease saturated fat intake. You see, not only do saturated fats decrease circulation, they also increase the amount of calories going to your fat cells.
3. Drink before eating: This accomplishes two things. First, you will prevent your body from mistaking thirst signals for hunger signals. Second, you will enhance the digestion of whatever you eat by staying well hydrated.
4. Minimize alcohol consumption: In terms of alcohol, it’s not just about calories. It’s more about the impact it has on your hormones. You see, too much alcohol will blunt the amount of hormones your body produces. So make sure you minimize the damage here.

3. Frequent mistakes: Using momentum to move the body. Not keeping the elbows locked in place. Letting the back arch out of its natural alignment. And not going all the way up and all the way down.
4. Final word: The risk is not worth it. Do not do this exercise if you with to maintain the integrity of your shoulder joint. There are equally effective exercises that are not as risky as this one.
Injuring your shoulder will set back your mission to get rid of arm fat by many steps. And in some cases it can completely prevent you from reaching said goal. The shoulder joint is very mobile and delicate. So please stay safe for long term success!

I have decided to analyze as many arm exercises for women as I can. After all, maybe you are doing the wrong exercises to tone up your arms.
Why am I doing this? Because it takes a long time to sift through all the information out there. Too much time if you want to get toned arms ASAP.
There is so much information out there on how to get rid of flabby arms and the average woman simply does not have the resources to sift through it all. Unless you have an advanced degree in the field, it’s nearly impossible to separate the wheat from the chaff.
It can be nearly impossible for the average woman. But I have already done this for you. So without further ado, here is my analysis of lying triceps extensions to tone up the female arm:
1. Summary: You can see fitness buffs around the world doing this exercise because it works like a charm. There is only one major downside: it can cause massive elbow strain.
2. Technique snap shot: grasp an ez bar with an overhand grip and lie on a bench. Keep your arms parallel and pointing straight up. Make sure your back doesn’t bend and slowly lower the bar to your forehead. Return to the starting position.
3. Common mistakes: Letting the back curl like an onion which can stress the spine. Allowing the elbows to move around. Trying to push the bar up when the triceps have reached their limit-this is when a lot of elbow injury occurs.
4. To do or not to do: This is a superb exercise for toning up the triceps area, the area where arm fat hangs from. However, you have to be wary of the elbow strain it can cause. So experiment a little and see how you feel. Also, make sure you have a training partner when going heavy. This exercise is impossible to do without assistance when using heavy loads.
Please don’t waste your time doing flashy and gimmicky exercise that will not tone up your arms. There are so many useless exercises that women are doing day in and day out. And don’t forget that trial and error is essential. An exercise that works for your training partner may not work for you. We all have different anatomical structures. So be patient and keep at it!
