<p>There is a new kind of diet available online and plenty of people have been discussing it everywhere. It is called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. This new diet essentially involves the making of certain meal plans for a period of 11 days which includes three cheat days.</p>
<p>What sets it totally apart from the other kinds of diets is the fact that it doesn&#8217;t require the dieter to count calories or portion off food. A dieter may eat as much food in order to make him satisfied.</p>
<p>The basic principle behind Fat Loss 4 Idiots is based on the working of our metabolism.</p>
<p>Many studies have shown that the body has an ingenious method of finding out what the body is going through. A good example of this is our metabolism. Our body knows when to raise our metabolism and when to lower it.</p>
<p>This is exactly what happens: when one person starts to go on a diet and eat lesser number of calories, the body will get to sense this and this will necessitate it to lower our body metabolism.</p>
<p>What happens then is that the person&#8217;s metabolism goes down for self-preservation as a result, making it hard for one to lose weight.</p>
<p>Fat Loss 4 Idiots employ different methods of calorie shifting in order to trick the body into thinking that the dieter is still taking in the same number of calories and that there&#8217;s no need to lower one&#8217;s metabolism.</p>
<p>This is achieved by switching from eating protein to carbohydrates within the diet period.</p>
<p>In order to keep metabolism up, the dieter must also eat four meals in a single day. Of course, one must always stay hydrated and avoid from eating different kinds of sweets.</p>
<p>The thing about Fat Loss 4 Idiots though is that the meals become redundant and boring over time.</p>

<p>A calorie shifting meal plan sounds a bit like a difficult way to eat but in this piece I&#8217;m going to break down what calorie shifting is, why and how it works and supply a calorie shifting sample meal plan.</p>
<p>Sample Meal Plan :</p>
<p>Day 1 :</p>
<p>10am 1 apple cut in slices 0.5 cup roasted unsalted cashews Half cup fat free cottage cheese</p>
<p>1:30pm [*FR3] lb roast beef 1 can tuna combined with some mayo Steamed broccoli / zucchini / mash One can diet rootbeer</p>
<p>5:30pm Sauteed orange roughy filet with lemon pepper and parsley quarter cup unsalted walnuts</p>
<p>8:30pm 10 tiny shrimp w / lemon and cocktail sauce Four slices English cheddar cheese 0.25 cup pinto beans</p>
<p>Day 2 :</p>
<p>10am Roast beef sandwich : two bits of oat bread, Homemade sliced roast beef ( up to 3 oz. ), tomatoes, iceburg lettuce, sweet white onions, 1 tbsp mayo low fat One diet rootbeer at any point during the day except at night.</p>
<p>For the rest of your meals at 1:30, 5:30 and 8:30 you will only be eating fruit. You can eat as much as you would like but ONLY eat till you aren&#8217;t hungry, not until you are full! That&#8217;s's crucial. You&#8217;ll need to eat slower so your body has time to tell you when it&#8217;s full.</p>
<p>You are allowed to eat pears, apples, strawberries, oranges and plums</p>
<p>You can eat just 1 fruit or you can mix them all. But , do make sure you mix them up. This may seem bizarre nonetheless it is party of the CALORIE SHIFTING program. This is based on a longtime and particularly effective dieting technique that has been proved to work. Hopefully you read my explanation above to learn more .</p>
<p>Day three</p>
<p>10am 6 strips smoked bacon ( broiled crips ) Two egg omelette with garlic and Skim milk</p>
<p>1pm The &#8220;giant &#8221; Salad &#8211; Iceburg lettuce, mixed baby greens, roma tomato, cut sweet onion, cut red pepper, chopped zuchini, cubed roast ham, 1 oz boneless skinless chicken fillet, Lite vinaigrette.</p>
<p>5pm One can diet Rootbeer 6oz can albacore tuna 2 tbsp. Mayo Three Medium roast meat slices</p>
<p>8:30 One hard boiled egg Pastrami slices.</p>

<p>Minutes 2 &#8211; 3 : Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper system for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet.</p>
<p>Your hands should be pointing forward as well . Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you ( into a pushup position ). Perform one stringent pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is disappearing.</p>
<p>Minutes 3 to four : Jump Rope with only 1 jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is melting away.</p>
<p>Minutes four to 5 : Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you&#8217;re going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you&#8217;re going to lift and revolve your left arm off of the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot.</p>
<p>And you will rotate your neck so you are looking up at your ceiling. Rotate back to the center and repeat on the other side. When finished, hop into your squat position, get on up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.</p>
<p>Mins 5 and 6 : Jump Rope. Same as minutes 3 and four. Keep thinking, I am getting rid of fat.</p>
