For the rest of your meals at 1:30, 5:30 and 8:30 you will only be eating fruit. You can eat as much as you would like but ONLY eat till you aren’t hungry, not until you are full! That’s's crucial. You’ll need to eat slower so your body has time to tell you when it’s full.

You are allowed to eat pears, apples, strawberries, oranges and plums

You can eat just 1 fruit or you can mix them all. But , do make sure you mix them up. This may seem bizarre nonetheless it is party of the CALORIE SHIFTING program. The 1st two minutes of this fat consuming routine is : Jump Rope – start by performing 2 jumps for each turn of the rope. Safety : Use the proper size jump rope and always land softly on the balls of your feet ( that’s the upper part of the base of your foot ). Keep thinking I’m shedding weight.

Minutes 2 – 3 : Squat Thrust into a Push Up. The proper system for this exercise is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Slowly squat down with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet.

Your hands should be pointing forward as well . Then in one movement, push your legs back and out behind you ( into a pushup position ). Perform one stringent pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up. Keep thinking, the fat is disappearing.

Minutes 3 to four : Jump Rope with only 1 jump per turn. Keep thinking, The fat is melting away.

Minutes four to 5 : Back to the Squat Thrust and Push Up only this time you’re going to add the Side Plank. After completing your squat thrust and push up, you’re going to lift and revolve your left arm off of the ground and over your head. Your left foot will rotate and rest on top of you right foot.

And you will rotate your neck so you are looking up at your ceiling. Rotate back to the center and repeat on the other side. When finished, hop into your squat position, get on up and start again. Keep thinking, no more belly.

Mins 5 and 6 : Jump Rope. Same as minutes 3 and four. Keep thinking, I am getting rid of fat.

It is a given that 3500 calories equals one pound of fat. That being said, in order to take off 5 pounds in one week you need to drop 17,500 calories in that week.

We are all aware that an average diet is about 2000 calories per day. That’s only 14 thousand calories per week. That’s average! That’s what keeps you healthy. If you are going to diet off five pounds which is seventeen thousand five hundred calories, you have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat for the entire week, or go totally without food PLUS burn 3500 calories in one week. That just won’t work. You can’t lose five pounds in one week by dieting. You have to have some food to stay alive.

Here’s what will happen when you stop eating: Your body recognizes that there is no food and goes into hibernation mode. This is not a conscious decision, it’s involuntary, like your heartbeat or breathing. The first thing it does is gives up water, and that means protein, which is 75% water, and constitutes lean muscle mass.
